Supplements Buyers Guide > All-In-One Supplements Comparison

All-in-one supplements are great because they simplify supplements and take the guesswork out of which supplements to take - with an all-in-one you can leave mixing ingredients to the professionals!

What Makes an All-In-One Supplement?
All-In-One supplements are ideal for anyone that is on a budget, those new to supplements or just anyone that doesn`t want to figure out the perfect dosages of each ingredient themselves. All-In-One supplements take the guesswork out of buying supplements - leaving you to concentrate on your training!

Generally for strength training (weight lifting, power sports) you need very high protein intake (typically between 1-2g per pound of bodyweight and a reasonable level of carbohydrate intake (more if you are looking to gain mass). On top of these two basic needs there are supplements which are capable of helping you recover faster and train harder, as explained below.

Creatine

Creatine is the main supplement taken by athletes to increase strength and performance - it allows you to perform at the highest level for longer, meaning your muscles get harder stimulation to grow bigger and stronger. Creatine is natural, and safe for use by any healthy person.

Glutamine

Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body, and supplementing with glutamine has been linked with increased recovery rates and better immune system function. Most all-in-one supplements contain some form of glutamine to minimise the time needed between workouts.

HMB

HMB (beta-hydroxy beta-methylbutyrate) is a nutrient that has been shown to increase muscle recovery after intense exercise - HMB works very well with glutamine to increase recovery rates, and as such is a very popular ingredient in all in one supplements.
